The basic rental prices are:

This price is increased by an advance for gas, water, electricity and service costs, €163,- per month .

The apartments have an area between 52 and 75m2 and have 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments have underfloor heating throughout the house and are provided with a neat laminate floor and new kitchens with a refrigerator, hob and dishwasher, etc.


The bedrooms are spacious, the largest bedrooms in the apartments are at least 12m2. The 2nd bedroom in the 2 bedroom apartments is between 8 and 10m2.

The bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, design radiator and washbasin. The bedrooms are spacious enough for a double bed and wardrobe.

There is room for a washing machine and dryer in the technical room where the boiler is located.

All apartments have a dry, lockable storage room under the building.

There is parking at the back and new garages are being built, tenants of the complex have first choice when they want to rent a garage.
